Ubaldo 25 years of experience in the mountains mainly in the Cordillera
Blanca and Huayhuash as professional cook, he specializes in the
Andean gastronomy, he presents his specialty for each expedition
groups such as Vegetarian dishes, International Dishes, Traditional
or Typical dishes, and he is an expert porter and cook for the high
camps. Ubaldo is considered as 5 forks cook.
