ALPAMAYO PERU, has a particular police for booking conditions, passengers should book making reservations with a minimum amount after agreed with the ALPAMAYO PERU directory or sales manager, at the time you have agreed, the minimum days for making reservation will be 30 days before strictly with 50% or just to complete the 50% of the total price for the trip, the total payment will be done just to start the Expedition Services.

It’s strictly necessary and important to send us the following requirements at the booking time:

• In case big group (full names and passport number from the tour leader)
• Prepayment Receipt from the Bank (scan and mail – no fax)
• Complete names
• Passports scanned
• Occupation, number of passport, nationality, age, language
• Number of flight, departure date and return
• Additional Services
• travel insurance voucher (obligatory by your side)

CANCELLATIONS OF THE TRIP

Passengers are subject to fine by canceling after made reservation previous to the arrival of the group or passenger.
The cancellation fine will be with no devolution of the prepayment due to the reservation and office expenses such as phone calls, internet, commissions, bank transactions, post office expenses, etc.

After the price agreement for the Peru Expedition trip required, passengers or travel companies have to make the wire transactions to our Peruvian Bank system; it’s not included bank commission of the deposit from passenger’s country.

The itineraries changing is right to additional payment, passengers can’t compensate with changing itineraries, any changes will have a charge of 10% from the total amount.

ALPAMAYO PERU is clearly understandable offering services as authorized high mountain personnel not as travel agency or company under the legal conditions, while exerts all possible precaution, is not responsible by some accidents, diseases, damages, losses, additional expenses, or any other irregularities that can be caused by voluntary or negligent acts by the passengers, either by other companies providing or contracting in complimentary services such as transport services, lodging or other services related to complete the itineraries or expeditions programs, caused by natural disasters or weather conditions; weather predictions are not available in our information that could cause problems such as failing expeditions not expecting the money back.
